Let’s face it:  EVERYONE wants to be beautiful. But BEAUTY is more than just a pretty face. We all have heard the adage of someone being “the total package;”  the type of person that not only possesses good looks,  but one that is beautiful from the inside-out.  Beauty, Wellness, Style, and Knowledge are the primary components of being “the total package.”

As a New York City-based nurse with backgrounds in pharmacology, medical research, medical spa aesthetics, and cosmetic dermatology,  I began to wonder about the ways people go about achieving beauty. From treatments and gadgets, to the latest fitness techniques and fashions en vogue, beauty is defined in many ways.  Because of the vast advancements in technologies, procedures,  and fashion evolution,  it’s so hard to stay up to date.  I feel it’s especially important to know how well a product or procedure works, and how it will affect your well-being.  Beauty and Style are synonymous with Wellness,  and all cannot be achieved without the proper Knowledge. And so,  from tips on beauty and health, to fashion finds, to reporting from beauty and fashion events,  I share with you my knowledge and experiences on this blog.
