Fashion Week Flashback: Tadashi Shoji

The Fall 2012 collection was  inspired by the Golden Age of Shanghai at Tadashi Shoji.  Always elegant, the collection had an abundance of lace, velvet, ruffles, pleats, brocades, and sheer  fabrics in the cocktail dresses and gowns.  Red, yellow, black, and Asian-influenced florals were apparent. Tadashi Shoji’s signature soft & feminine feel with streamlined silhouettes that often featured billowy tired bottoms and fluttery sleeves.
